All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. The shipping fee depends on the weight and your location.

Delivery Timeline

Semenanjung Malaysia : 1-3 working days

Sabah & Sarawak : 3-5 working days

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). 

You can also track your order status by signing in. (You can also find the info on your My Orders page). If you want to track the whereabouts of your order or even changing the shipping address, feel free to contact the carrier.

Important Notes: 

Other than your house address, you canhave your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office address. If you choose to deliver to your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
